I have had a horrible posture for a long time and hurt my back in a knee boarding accident a coupld summers ago. I started doing back exercises the other day every 2 hours and then bought this brace as well. It helps tremendously, I am going through a lot of pain, but I can feel my back getting stronger as a result. I feel that as long as I stick with it I will be able to straighten my back and in turn strength the rest of my body inside and out.

I must say that I was unsure about purchasing this prior to my transatlantic flight because the reviews were so mixed.br /br /I am happy to report that this is an excellent product that I can totally recommend.br /br /When I first got my hands on this item I was unsure if it could really support my head.br /But its not until you sit in one of those nasty coach class seats that you realize that it does indeed keep your head from snapping forward and jolting you from a nap.br /br /Did I sleep during my trip to England, well not really, but this was not the fault of this item.br /I could barely move or feel my legs in coach on Continental Airlines.br /br /I have been a customer of Amazon since the 90's and rarely if ever post a review of a product I purchase.br /I feel that this item is excellent and I hope more people become aware of it.br /br /Make sure you order the right size for your neck though.br /br /br /br /

I'm sleeping in this stuff. It works nice as preventive devise. But if your neck is bigger than 14 inches Regular size will not work for you!
