I love the Comfort but seems too thick to cool! - Diana De Avila - Malta, NY USA
I have a slipped disc in my neck along with some degeneration. I need real cooling ice on it.br /br /When I used this for the first time, I was extremely happy with the comfort of the collar ... but something was amiss. I never really got much cooling on my neck.br /br /Please note I bought this for cooling and believe it can also be heated. Perhaps it works better as a heating support than a cooling one? br /br /So far, as comfortable as the collar is it isn't providing enough cooling. I have used the ice pack it came with in another wrap to enjoy the cool.br /br /There must be some sort of modification that can be made that will allow more of the cooling to come through? Not sure what but for now, this is the 1 out of 3 cervical ice packs I don't use.
